New Jersey Proves Resiliency in Testing of Quickstrike Lady Blues
Trenton, N.J. (Wednesday, July 1, 2009) – After lightning caused a postponement of a match between the New Jersey Wildcats (5-4-1) and Hudson Valley Quickstrike Lady Blues (8-0-1) last Friday night, these two clubs faced off tonight in a highly-contested affair at the College of New Jersey. A defensive first half sent this game into halftime with no score, but W-League points-leader Angelika Johannson then provided Hudson Valley with the eventual game-winner in the 56th minute. [+]

West Windsor, N.J. (Saturday, June 27, 2009) – The New Jersey Wildcats (5-3-1) put forth an outstanding effort tonight at Mercer County Community College, giving their hometown crowd an inspired division victory. Led by a two-goal effort from forward Kristin Hextall and a tremendous game in net by goalkeeper Robyn Jones, the Wildcats were able to defeat the Long Island Rough Riders (5-4-1), 3-0. [+]

Fans Help Set New Jersey State Juggling Record at Halftime
West Windsor, N.J. (Friday, June 12, 2009) – It was an evening of remembrance and celebration at Mercer County Community College tonight, with the New Jersey Wildcats (4-2-0) taking a 2-1 victory in a battle with the Western Mass Lady Pioneers (0-7-0). In addition to 90 minutes of spectacular soccer, the Wildcats honored the memory of Graeme Preston with the foundation that was started by his family after his untimely passing last year while also bringing 275 members of their dedicated fan base to the field at halftime to set the New Jersey state record for most people juggling a soccer ball at one time. (Sunday, June 7, 2009) – The effort was strong today by the host New Jersey Wildcats (3-2-0) in their 2009 home opener, but the Boston Renegades (3-2-1) would be the eventual winners at Mercer County Community College, 2-0. WILDCATS WIN FRIDAY SHOWDOWN OVER PASSION, 3-1
Berlin, Connecticut (Friday, June 5, 2009) - The New Jersey Wildcats had a tough feat ahead of them at the start of the season by opening with four straight road contests, but the team has proven to be a very determined group. Jessica Fuccello and Alli D'Amico both scored goals against the Connecticut Passion and sparked a 3-1 victory this Friday, June 6th. The Wildcats bring back to New Jersey a 3-1-0 record and will make their long anticipated home debut this Sunday when they host the Boston Renegades at 4:00 p.m. at Mercer County Community College.
KRISTEN HEXTALL NAMED TO W-LEAGUE TEAM OF THE WEEK
Tampa, Fla. (Wednesday, June 3, 2009) - When the USL W-League named their Team of the Week for last weekend’s slate of games, the New Jersey Wildcats were given word that forward Kristen Hextall received the league honor for the second time this season. In two games last weekend, the La Salle University product tallied a goal while also playing 180 minutes in less than 24 hours. [+]
